Elliot James Property is a father and son run property investment business formed in June 2015. Starting small we purchased, refurbished and sold residential property. Fast forward to 2017/18 we now purchase larger commercial buildings and convert them to provide residential accommodation as well as substantial investment returns for ourselves and our investors. In order to source the highest quality investments for ourselves and our clients  we employ a variety of marketing techniques developed since the formation of the business. But as seasoned investors will know you can't buy evertything yourself! To that end we added a property investment sourcing arm to our business in early 2017 giving investors access to the same high quality investments we look to purchase ourselves.
