We purchased the Former Union Bank of Manchester building, 15-17 Bridge Street in February 2018. The building was originally a bank which had since been converted to retail on ground and 1st floors with offices on 2nd and 3rd floors. We purchased floors 1-3 with planning permission to create 6 apartments 3 x 1 beds and 3 x 2 beds.

The conversion works are nearing completion on this project and we currently have 4/6 apartments SSTC at asking price before the development has finished.
