We purchased 61-65 Park Green a former Indian Restaurant in August 2017. The building was laid out as an Indian takeaway and newsagents on the ground floor and one large apartment which had been knocked about to the point of being uninhabitable. We applied for planning to convert the building into 6 apartments, 3 x 2 bedrooms and 3 x 1 bedrooms. It was our first project of this scale and proved to be an invaluable learning experience.
